Ford has won two awards with the Ford C-Max and the Ford Grand C-Max. They have been voted “New Company Car of The Year 2011”
Judges from the Fleet News panel said: “The Ford C-Max and Grand C-Max stand out thanks to clever and flexible seating and sliding rear passenger doors in a highly competitive sector with a range of new entrants.”
Both of the Ford’s were judged by operating costs and suitability as a business car. The operating costs consist of depreciation, fuel, servicing, maintenance and repair.
The award was given to Ford by fleet operator reading of Fleet News.
Both the C-MAX and Grand C-MAX have been on sale since November 2010, and they have recently had an addition to their family, the all new Ford Focus.
Both the Fords received a maximum NCAP safety rating score of five stars and they come with a category 1 Thatcham alarm, DAB radio, Bluetooth and USB connection.
