Next month, Jaguar is going to launch their most powerful production car they have ever made. The new Jaguar XKR-S will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March, next month.
The new model will expand the appeal of the current Jaguar XK series, offering Jaguar drivers incredible choice in the luxury GT class.
With a newly rebuilt supercharged V8, updated suspension and a aerodynamic design, the Jaguar XKR-S is the ultimate in GT luxury cars with outstanding performance compared to the rest of our new Jaguar cars at Taggarts.
Adrian Hallmark, Jaguars Global Brand Director said "The XKR-S is a bold and exciting new model for Jaguar. We expect to attract both loyal and new Jaguar driving enthusiasts who still want the comfort, opulence and class only a Jaguar can offer, combined with inspirational performance."
The XKR-S produces 550PS and 680Nm of torque, which gives the Jaguar more than enough power to reach an incredible 186mph. From 0 to 60mph, it takes just 4.2 seconds and 0 to 100mph in 8.6 seconds.
The Jaguar XKR-S isn’t just the most agile, responsive and driver focused made car Jaguar have ever made, but it is also the quickest Jaguar has produced. Also, interestingly enough, the XK-S is the only car in its class that emits less he 300g/km CO2.
With the newly reprogrammed adaptive dynamics system, it allows the driver to adjust the suspension, which will allow the ultimate driving experience.
